Return & Refund Policy

At Fule Fashion House, we want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale / discounted items (unless defective)
- Accessories like jewellery, belts, or innerwear for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to raise a return request:
Contact Us
Email us at support@fulefashionhouse.in or use the Contact page with your Order ID and reason for return.
Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and notify you of the approval or rejection.
Pack & Ship
Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Refund / Exchange
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed or an exchange dispatched.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- UPI and wallet refunds may reflect sooner
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability). If you need a different size or variant:
- Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected
- If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us directly. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may return the item after delivery as per this policy.
