At Fule Fashion House, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once the order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number once dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner's website.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@fulefashionhouse.in.

6. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and product type.

7. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and work toward a resolution — either a replacement or a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

📦 Note: Delivery timelines may be impacted during festive seasons, sales events, or due to factors beyond our control such as natural calamities or strikes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
